is seeking a highly motivated individual with the ability to work as a member of the research team located in Casa Grande, AZ.
Essentials duties and
Responsibilities:
The Field Assistant is responsible for supporting and assisting in all the day to day operations of Arizona Plant Breeders.
This includes the following activities:
Processing of all harvested material (cleaning, threshing, and testing the seed quality in the lab) Preparing and packaging seed Other related duties as assigned Candidate must be a motivated, self-starting individual Work outside during summer Ability to work in dusty environments Education & work
Experience:
MUST BE RELIABLE High school diploma or equivalent Good interpersonal skills, effective verbal and written communication skills in English Ability to work independently and in teams Detail oriented Additional information:
