4K a year Position Description The purpose of this position is to supervise and coordinate the activities of the Production department employees.
The position is in Casa Grande, AZ.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensures department's compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations.
Interprets and administers company policies, rules, and regulations to department personnel.
Inspect and ensure quality of products shipped to customers.
Effects maintenance of all department equipment.
Assign, direct and monitor production processes and personnel.
Coordinates shipment with customer requirements.
Completes all required production reports and timecard records.
Other duties as assigned.
Performance Objectives Ensuring that the activities required for production are in place and are running smoothly at all times.
Qualifications 2
years experience in a manufacturing environment 2
years experience in supervision Must have SAP experience College degree preferred Excellent written and oral communication skills.
PC skills Familiar with plant equipment and machinery.
General mechanical ability Read, write and speak English.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; or sit.
The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and talk or hear.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Must be able to wear personal protective equipment.
