Maleko Personnel Maleko Personnel Casa Grande, AZ Casa Grande, AZ Full-time Full-time $23 - $24 an hour $23 - $24 an hour 7 days ago 7 days ago 7 days ago Job description POSITION SUMMARY It is the responsibility of the HR Office Assistant to perform various office/administrative duties to support Human Resources& Safety and the overall business operation Provides customer service in person, via email, and over the phone to various internal and external customers Assists in the onboarding and orientation for new employees Audits timecards and works with supervisors to resolve discrepancies HR Safety Reports, injury reports and all other safety related job duties Adheres to all safety practices including wearing required Personal Protective Performs data entry of payroll information in HRIS and other systems Follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Safe Quality Foods (SQF Policies and maintain superior plant cleanliness Conduct all other HR/ Safety related job duties.
