What the role entails Produce polymer concrete parts in a safe & efficient manner Tear down & assemble molds Operate lift & hoisting devices Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED) PHYSICAL DEMANDS Prolonged periods working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping.
Required to occasionally climb or balance; kneel, and crouch; and talk or hear.
Trunk Strength -- the ability to use your abdominal and lower back muscles to support part of the body repeatedly or continuously over time without 'giving out' or fatiguing.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Ability to produce quality parts in a safe & efficient manner in a fast paced factory environment.
Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
Understanding of and the ability to abide by applicable OSHA and environmental regulations.
$18-21.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
