Horizon Health and Wellness is seeking an organized professional to support our executive leadership and housing program.
The Program Assistant is responsible for the management of all leases, notices of violations, evictions, and management of all repairs and furnishings.
In addition, the position will provide support with formatting and submitting agency grants.
Qualifications Minimum of High School diploma or GED Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make independent decisions with appropriate discretion.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Strong written and communication skills.
Exhibit advanced technology application skills along with ability to type and working knowledge/familiarity with computers and electronic clinical record keeping.
Ability to operate all office machines (computer, printer, copier, and scanner.
) Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines and submit reports in a timely fashion.
Proven ability to provide excellent customer service internally & externally.
Must obtain and maintain a fingerprint clearance card and pass a background check.
Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
Possess valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation.
Mental and Emotional Mental and emotional requirements include prioritizing workload.
Decision-making ability, using sound judgment to field inquiries concerning administrative, clinical and operation concerns.
Ability to greet and deal effectively with participants, families, staff and community members.
Position requires discretion and Judgment decisions.
Physical Long periods of sitting, ability to bend, lift and carry up to 30 pounds, do filing.
Must be able to physically operate a telephone, FAX, copier, computer, and calculator.
Qualifications Preferred Experience working in a behavioral health care setting strongly preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
