Under the leadership of the Sr.
HR Manager, the HR Manager is responsible for the development, direction, planning and execution of human resources initiatives that enable the organization to meet its human resources objectives.
Partners with the management team to execute business objectives associated with the sites strategic plan, including employment, associate development, compensation, and diversity that result in improved organizational agility and effectiveness.
Organizational development skills preferred.
S/PHR certification or other advanced certification desirable.
Bachelors degree required, preference to those with major in HR or CommunicationsMinimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources with strong employee relations experience.
Recommended Skills Agility Business Planning Communication Community Management Human Resources Labor Relations Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
