Assures accuracy and confidentiality of patients EHR by electronically filing documents in a timely manner and maintaining patients records per departmental policy.
Essential Functions:
Maintains patient confidence and protects clinic operations by assuring all information is kept confidential Releases information based on department protocol and follows and complies with all legal requirements Ensures availability of health information by routing to providers and support staff in a timely manner Access patients EHR for reports as required or requested Electronically indexes completed reports in patients EHR Access the patients EHR to answer any questions or concerns Access the patients EHR, attaches prescription requests and directs to the appropriate staff Assures compliance with all HIPPA requirements Possess professional interpersonal customer service skills Answers incoming telephone calls and messages in a timely and professional manner KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure Excellent electronic filing abilities Customer service skills EDUCATION AND
Experience:
High School diploma or equivalency Bilingual preferred Computer literate.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
