The Job We are seeking talented individuals to help drive the success of youth in our communities.
As a Youth Counselor you will provide direct supervision to adolescents.
You will serve as a role model and provide support and structure to the residents in our care.

Recognize escalating behaviors and intervene at the appropriate level to ensure safety and security.
Teach, coach and supervise students in activities of daily living including morning, bedtime and overnight procedures, hygiene and cleanliness, housekeeping, meals, intramurals, sports, academics, and extracurricular activities both on and off campus.
Observe the peer culture for patterns of behavior indicating progress or regression in the program.
Observe individual student behavior over time and recognize progress towards treatment goals.
Effectively communicate, both written and orally.
Follow and implement individual treatment plans for all students.
The Must Haves Minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required Level one finger print card through the state of Arizona Over the age of 21 Maturity, empathy and patience The ideal candidate must have the ability to adjust to a fast-paced environment and follow proper protocols Job Type:
