- Clean and maintain the cleanliness of the building, including common areas, restrooms, and offices - Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors - Empty trash and replace garbage bags - Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces - Dust furniture and fixtures - Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas - Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel -able to repair minor things Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in janitorial or maintenance work preferred - Ability to follow instructions and work independently - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Good communication skills to interact with staff and visitors - Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting - Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and may be subject to change based on the needs of the organization.
