Responsibilities:
This role will give you the opportunity to interact with customers daily, helping with sales and enjoying the give and take of coming to a mutually satisfying agreement regarding pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more As part of our Customer Service team in our stores, you will provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, interacting with customers in person and on the phone Processing sales, loans, and extensions Performing opening and closing store procedures Greeting customers and offering assistance Answering customer questions and concerns Totaling purchases and processing cash, check, and credit card payments We are looking for an experienced Pawn Broker to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating items brought in by customers, determining their value, and offering loans or purchases based on that value.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the pawn industry, excellent customer service skills, and a keen eye for detail.
