HS Diploma/GED - REQUIRED Ability to communicate persuasively with customers to set appointments.
Excellent computer & typing skills.
Strong negotiation skill Ability to build rapport with clients with excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
Answer customer internet inquiries by email, text, and phone based on the current marketing incentives.
Maintaining a prospect and owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads, close sales, and service.
Schedule sales appointments and reschedule no show customers.
Our Business Development Agents work a 4-day, 40-hr work week including Saturdays and Sundays with consecutive days off! A full benefits package including Medical, Life, Vision, Dental coverage, 401K, Paid Time-Off and Sick Pay are available.
