RNs and clinical team C ompetitive compensation Medical, dental, vision insurance 401k investment plan with company match Generous paid time off and paid holidays/holiday bonus Tuition reimbursement The opportunity to help us make a difference in the lives of the patients and communities we serve Potential for l oan repayment options through National Health Service Corp (NHSC) Position Summary & QualificationsAs a member of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) clinical team, functions as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and senior clinician on the team, directing, coordinating and providing medical/clinical services to members served by the teamProvides medication services, supervises team's delivery of direct clinical services, monitors member status, and participates in meetings, staffing's, and treatment planningThe provider will have a defined caseload, productivity goals, and meets the psychiatric needs of any member assigned to the ACT teamThe position may require periodic after-hours care, on-call coverage, and support to all members served by the ACT teamThe provider will support and participate in utilization management and quality improvement activities as requiredAll members of our team are expected to provide support and services in accordance with the Nine Guiding Principles for Recovery Oriented Adult Behavioral Health Services and Systems.RequirementsEducation, Certification, and Experience Requirements Possess a current unencumbered license to practice and to prescribe medications in the State of Arizona Active/current DEA registration No pending actions by board of nursing in Arizona or any other state Possess valid drivers license with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation Minimum one (1) year experience with seriously mentally ill adults required; previous experience working on an ACT team or equivalent experience preferred Must maintain current CPR, First Aid, and Crisis De-escalation or other Therapeutic Options certifications Must obtain and maintain a fingerprint clearance card and successful completion of a background check Must be at least 21 years of age Knowledge, Ability, And Skills Thorough and working knowledge of psychiatric and co-occurring disorders, DSM-5 and ICD-10 codes and descriptions, psychotropic medications and crisis intervention is imperative Knowledge of community based behavioral health services preferred Must be able to maintain excellent member and family relationships and provide excellent customer service Requires effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and must understand how to tactfully communicate difficult or sensitive information Must be able to follow direction, use sound judgment, solve problems, manage time, identify priorities, and stay organized Must be competent in the use of electronic medical records software, as well as in the use of a computer, printer, copier, and telephonePreferred typing skills of 25 to 40 WPMOccasional use of fax machines, security systems, and other office equipment Must be highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word and Excel Must be able to effectively use the internet and various web browsers Willingness to participate in trainings and continuing education Ability to analyze and assess situations and patients. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
